Wale Ogunsola is a distinguished Chartered Accountant, financial management expert, and corporate consultant with over four decades of professional experience spanning banking, finance, accounting, taxation, risk management, and corporate advisory services in Nigeria and the United States.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Social Science (Economics) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Master of Science in Accounting from American Public University, Virginia, USA. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Accounting at Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia, USA.
Wale is the Principal Partner of Ogunsola & Ogunsola & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Lekki, Lagos. Prior to establishing his professional practice, he built an outstanding career in the banking industry, where he spent 16 years and rose to the position of Assistant Group National Marketing Manager. During this period, he developed extensive expertise in foreign exchange management, financial control, internal audit, investigations, marketing, and corporate finance.
He previously served as Managing Director of Bemtal International Limited, a subsidiary of Continental Trust Bank, where he successfully led the company through four years of sustained growth, increased profitability, and strategic business development. He currently serves as President of Finesse Risk Solutions Limited (formerly Finesse Guards Limited), a private security services company based in Lekki, Lagos.
As Managing Consultant of Finesse Consults, Sylvania, Ohio, USA, Wale has led numerous audit, taxation, business valuation, and financial consulting engagements for clients across both the public and private sectors. He has also worked as an Underwriter with Monumental Life Insurance Company, Baltimore, Maryland, USA. His expertise in audit, taxation, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management has earned him a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
A respected conference speaker and facilitator, Wale regularly delivers presentations and training sessions at professional conferences, seminars, and youth development programmes both within Nigeria and internationally.
Wale is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT), a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), USA, and a Fellow of the Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTCF), USA. He is also a Certified Licensed Underwriter of The American College, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Wale is a devoted Christian, a committed family man, a life member of Ikoyi Club 1938, and an avid traveller. He remains passionate about lifelong learning, ethical leadership, and developing sustainable financial solutions that create lasting value for businesses and society.

Dr. Remi Kayode is an accomplished energy specialist, educator, sustainability advocate, and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in energy management, climate education, educational development, and community empowerment.
She holds a PhD in Energy Management and Forecasting, an MSc in Business Forecasting, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), complemented by advanced teaching and curriculum design qualifications. As a Member of the Energy Institute (MEI) and a Certified Carbon Literacy Trainer, she delivers practical, evidence-based climate education that equips organisations and communities to respond effectively to sustainability challenges.
Beyond her academic and sustainability work, Dr. Kayode plays a significant leadership role in educational development through the Nigeria Schools Foundation (NSF UK) and the Need Schools Foundation Programme (NSFP), Nigeria. She contributes to improving teaching quality, strengthening school leadership, supporting curriculum development, organising teacher training, facilitating book drives, and delivering community-based educational initiatives that enhance student outcomes and social impact.
She is also the Founder of Young Women in IT (YWIIT), an initiative dedicated to equipping young girls with digital and technology skills while promoting greater female participation in the technology sector. Through this work, she advances digital inclusion, gender equality, and youth employability, contributing meaningfully to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

She holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Throughout her career, she has helped organisations and business owners strengthen financial management, improve cash flow, enhance financial controls, and make informed business decisions through practical, results-oriented financial advice.
Wumi specialises in accounting, auditing, budgeting, management accounts, financial reporting, cash flow planning, tax compliance, financial controls, and business performance improvement. She is widely recognised for translating complex financial information into practical insights that enable business owners to better understand their finances and drive sustainable growth.
She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of NAJM Consultancy Limited, a professional accounting and financial management consultancy that provides accounting, auditing, financial advisory, and business performance improvement services to businesses and organisations. Through consultancy and training, the firm helps clients strengthen financial processes, improve governance, enhance profitability, and build long-term financial resilience.
Beyond her consulting work, Wumi serves as Treasurer and Trustee of two charitable organisations, where she contributes her expertise in financial management, governance, and organisational leadership to support community-focused initiatives.
